Preaching the word of God is something I love! Every time I sit down to write a sermon, I feel God teaching and shaping me into the man He wants me to be. Preaching is not about me figuring out what others need to hear; I have found that the most meaningful sermons are those that I preach to myself first. It is an honor to open God’s word and explain it to others, and I do not take it lightly. I will complete a Masters of Divinity degree from Truett Seminary in 2028, and every course I take helps me love and understand the Bible more. In my current position, I preach at multiple campuses as relief for the primary teaching pastors. Below you will see a sample of my opportunities at CityRise Church.
